Audio-to-MIDI works best with clean, single-note melodies such as vocals, flute, guitar lead, piano right hand, or synth lead. Full mixed songs with drums, chords, bass, and reverb are harder because pitch detection has to choose one dominant note at a time.
The converter uses browser audio analysis for pitch tracking and note timing. Processing access requires a free account, but the audio workflow is designed so the selected file can be analyzed locally without creating a public upload or file listing.
