About
Built for practical file work.
OmniToolbox is a focused collection of browser-first utilities for common file tasks: PDF compression, PDF merging, PDF highlighting, page splitting, image resizing, dimensions adjustment, and signature optimization.
The product is designed around privacy and speed. Whenever browser APIs can complete a task locally, files stay on the user's device. When a server conversion is required, temporary files are removed after processing and covered by a purge routine.
We keep the interface direct and utility-focused: upload or choose a file, process it, download the result, and move on. No public file galleries, no user data marketplace, and no unnecessary tracking.
The site is built for practical submission workflows rather than entertainment or file sharing. Many users arrive with a specific rule from an exam form, job portal, banking form, school system, or government upload page: a PDF must be smaller, several pages must be combined, a photo must match exact pixel dimensions, or a signature must stay under a strict KB limit. OmniToolbox keeps those workflows separate so the user can choose the right action quickly and review the result before sending it anywhere.
We also publish plain-language guides beside the tools because file requirements are often confusing. The guides explain when compression can damage readability, why exact dimensions should be set before reducing quality, how background color affects photo uploads, and what to check before submitting a final PDF or image. That supporting content is part of the product: it helps users avoid failed uploads and repeated processing.
OmniToolbox is maintained as an independent web utility project. The site does not host public user files, does not ask visitors to publish documents, and does not make processed outputs searchable. Important files should still be handled carefully by the user, especially identity documents, signatures, certificates, statements, and official forms.
